Play Okey and Okey 101 online with friends, free
Okey is a tile rummy played across the Levant and the Gulf: 106 tiles numbered 1 to 13 in four colours, a rack for each player, and one wild tile, the okey, that changes every round. Draw, arrange your rack into runs, sets or pairs, and be the first to finish. Okey 101 is its bigger cousin: you open on the table with 101 points, and the lowest total wins.

How to play Okey
- 106 tiles: the numbers 1 to 13 in red, black, blue and yellow, two of each, plus 2 false jokers. Everyone gets 14 tiles; the starter gets 15 and throws first, with no draw.
- After the deal one tile is turned face up: the indicator. The okey is the same colour, one number higher (after 13 comes 1). Both okey tiles are wild and stand for any tile.
- A false joker is not wild: it simply counts as the okey's own tile. With a blue 9 as the okey, a false joker is a blue 9.
- On your turn, take the top tile of the stock or the tile your left-hand neighbour just threw, then throw one tile onto your own pile, to your right.
- Runs are 3 or more tiles of one colour in a row; 12-13-1 is fine, 13-1-2 is not. Sets are 3 or 4 tiles of one number, each a different colour. A pair is two identical tiles, or an okey with any tile.
- Finish when the 14 tiles you keep are all in runs and sets, or are exactly 7 pairs: throw the 15th to win the round. Mixing melds and pairs doesn't count.
- Everyone starts with 20 points. When someone finishes, every other player loses 2, or 4 for a pairs finish, and double that when the last tile thrown is an okey.
- If the stock runs out with no finish, the round is drawn and no points change. After the last round, the highest total wins.
Okey 101 at a glance
- Everyone gets 21 tiles (the starter 22). Tiles count their number; a false joker counts the okey's number.
- Open by laying runs and sets worth 101 or more in one go, or 5 or more pairs. A player who opens with pairs can only lay pairs after that.
- The tile on your left can only be taken to use it on the table at once.
- From the turn after you open, add tiles to any run or set on the table, anyone's, or give the real tile for an okey there and take the okey; it must go back on the table before you throw.
- Throwing an okey, or a tile that fits a group on the table, costs 101.
- Lay all but one tile and throw it to win the round: −101 for you, doubled for a pairs finish or for laying everything in one turn without opening first, and doubled again if your last tile is an okey.
- The others score the tiles left in their racks (an okey left there counts 101), double for players who opened with pairs, or 202 for anyone who never opened, and these grow with the way the winner finished. The lowest total wins.
Okey in Rayoosh
- Two modes: Okey (14 tiles, finish with a full rack or 7 pairs, everyone starts with 20 points) and Okey 101 (21 tiles, open with 101 or 5 pairs, lowest total wins).
- Players: 4, each for themselves, 2 players, or 2 vs 2 with your partner opposite and your scores added together.
- Quick: 1 round, about 8 minutes. Full: 3 rounds, about 22 minutes.
- Pearls by finishing place, up to 35 for a Quick win and 60 for a Full win. Never bought, never cashed out.
- Arrange your rack with one tap, by Runs, Sets, Pairs or Colours, or drag tiles where you like. Okeys glow gold, and each colour also has its own shape, so the tiles read even without colour vision.
- Every discard pile opens to show its whole history, and in Okey 101 a warning comes up before a throw that would cost 101.
- Works on phones, tablets, computers and TVs with a remote, in Arabic, English and Hindi.
Tips to win at Okey
- Find the okey first: check the indicator, then hold on to both okeys, since they fit anywhere.
- Pairs pay double: if you start with 5 pairs, or 4 and an okey, go for 7 pairs.
- Watch what your right-hand neighbour takes from your pile, and don't throw tiles that help them.
- A tile whose twin is already in a discard pile is a safer throw.
- In Okey 101, open as soon as you reach 101: until you do, a round can cost you 202.
- In Okey 101, throw your high tiles first and never keep an okey to the end: left in your rack, it counts 101.

Questions and answers
Is Okey on Rayoosh free? Is there real money?
It is completely free, with no real money and no betting. You earn Pearls by finishing place, and Pearls can never be bought or cashed out.
What is the okey tile?
After the deal a tile is turned face up as the indicator. The okey is the tile of the same colour, one number higher; after 13 comes 1. Both okey tiles are wild. The two false jokers are not wild: each one counts as the okey's own tile.
How do you win a round of Okey?
With 15 tiles, show 14 that are all in runs and sets, or are exactly 7 pairs, and throw the last one. Every other player loses 2 points, 4 for a pairs finish, and double that when your last tile is an okey.
What is the difference between Okey and Okey 101?
In Okey everything stays in your rack and the first full rack wins. In Okey 101 you get 21 tiles, lay groups on the table once you open with 101 points or 5 pairs, and the lowest total after the rounds wins.
How do you open in Okey 101?
Lay runs and sets worth 101 or more in a single turn, or 5 or more pairs. An okey in a group counts as the tile it stands for. From your next turn you may add tiles to any group on the table.
Can I play Okey with 2 players or in teams?
Yes. Choose 4 players, 2 players, or 2 vs 2, where partners sit opposite and their scores are added. Computer players fill any empty seat.
