Souq Deal is Rayoosh’s own property-trading card game for 2 to 5 players. Collect properties by colour, charge your rivals rent, snatch their cards and take over whole sets, and keep your bank ready for when you are charged. The first player with 3 complete sets of different colours wins at once.
- 2–5 players
- 12+ min a match
- Free · no download
- Plays offline once installed
On Rayoosh, Souq Deal is free, with no money and no betting. The M money in the game is play money for that game only: it resets every game and has no link to Pearls. Pearls are earned by finishing place and can never be bought or cashed out. Rayan’s short How to play lesson walks you through sets, plays, rent, paying and La!, and then you can play the computer or open a private table for friends.
How to play Souq Deal
- Everyone gets 5 cards. The deck has 106 cards: properties in 10 colours, wild properties, money, rent cards and action cards.
- At the start of your turn you draw 2 cards, or 5 if your hand is empty.
- Then make up to 3 plays: bank a money, action or rent card as money, place a property in your estate, play an action, or charge rent.
- Properties can’t be banked. A two-colour wild property shows one of its colours, and on your turn you may move your wild cards between your sets for free.
- Rent: a rent card charges for one of its colours, using your best set of that colour. A two-colour rent card charges every other player; an any-colour rent card charges one player you choose.
- When you are charged, you pay from your bank and your estate, never from your hand. Nobody gives change, and if you can’t cover it, everything you have goes.
- When an action or rent is aimed at you, play La! to cancel it. The other player may answer with their own La!, and so on.
- At the end of your turn, discard down to 7 cards. The first player with 3 complete sets of different colours wins the game at once.
Souq Deal cards at a glance
- Takeover: take one complete set from another player, buildings included.
- Snatch: take one property from another player’s incomplete set.
- Trade: swap one property from your incomplete set with one from theirs.
- Pay Up: one player you choose pays you 5 M. Eidiya: every other player pays you 2 M.
- Souq Day: draw 2 more cards. Peak Season: play it with a rent card to double the rent; each one uses a play.
- Shop (+3 M rent) and Tower (+4 M rent) go on a complete set, never on Transit or Services. A Tower needs a Shop first.
- La!: cancels an action aimed at you, or a La! aimed back at you. Answering with La! never uses a play.
Souq Deal in Rayoosh
- Players: 2, 3, 4 or 5, every player for themselves.
- Three themes with the same rules: Gulf (souqs, marinas and desert camps, with Shop and Tower), Egypt (bazaars, the Nile and the Red Sea, with Shop and Café) and World (harbours, lodges and grand palaces, where Eidiya becomes Party Gift).
- Quick: 1 game, about 12 minutes. Full: 3 games, about 35 minutes. A win is worth 3 match points, and every other player gets 1 point for each complete set (up to 2).
- Pearls by finishing place: up to 35 for a Quick win and 60 for a Full win. Never bought, never cashed out.
- Our own cards and art, with a symbol for every colour so each set reads clearly even without colour vision. Tap a card to see what it can do. Works on phones, tablets, computers and TVs with a remote, in Arabic, English and Hindi.
Tips to win at Souq Deal
- Bank some money early. With an empty bank, rent is paid with your properties.
- Keep a La! for the big moments: a Takeover of your complete set, or a heavy rent.
- Don’t leave a set one card short for long: an incomplete set is open to Snatch and Trade.
- Save Takeover for the player closest to winning.
- Pair a big rent with Peak Season: with a Shop and a Tower on your set, the rent grows fast.
- Wild cards move for free on your turn: check them before you end, you might complete a set.

Questions and answers
Is Souq Deal on Rayoosh free? Is there real money?
It is completely free, with no real money and no betting. The M money is play money that resets every game and is never turned into Pearls. Pearls are earned by finishing place and can never be bought or cashed out.
How do I win Souq Deal?
Be the first to hold 3 complete sets of different colours on your own turn. Two complete sets of the same colour count once.
What does La! do?
When an action or rent is aimed at you, La! cancels it. The player who aimed it can answer with their own La!, which lets it through again, and so on: an odd number of La!s cancels, an even number lets it through.
Do I get change when I pay?
No. You pick cards from your bank and estate worth at least the amount, and nobody gives change. If everything you have is worth less, you give all of it.
Can I take a complete set from another player?
Only with Takeover, which takes a whole complete set with its Shop and Tower. Snatch and Trade work only on incomplete sets.
What is the difference between the Gulf, Egypt and World themes?
Only the names and the art. The rules, cards and numbers are the same in all three, so pick the one you like.
